OUR PROCESS

MEET & GREET

Our Designers consult at your home or at our Design Studio. We will walk through your space with you and offer guidance on realizing your vision. We determine the look and feel after meeting to understand your brief, budget and overall requirements.

PRESENTATION

Once we have done all measurements of your space and gathered as much information pertaining to your needs we will put together concept boards and a detailed quote. There is a non-refundable fee for concept boards and detailed quotes. This fee does however get discounted back to you on your full quote. We are adept at executing makeovers in phases as budget permits.

PROGRESS

All orders require an 85% deposit. Once payment is received, there is a lead time of an average of 6 to 8 weeks. The balance is due before delivery and installation. During the progress period we will give you regular updates leading up to installation day.

INSTALLATION

On the day of installation our Interior Design Team will be on site to manage the project in fine detail, along with our team of installers. We advise our clients to keep themselves busy during this time so that they get that wow factor when arriving home.

TIMELESS DESIGN

Blake Matthew started his career in Interior Design in 2005. Over the years he has consulted with private, corporate, and leisure clients, both locally and internationally, resulting in some breathtaking living, working, and leisure spaces. In 2016, Blake teamed up with Ruan Swart, who has the financial, operational, and design background, and redefined Blake Matthew Interiors to Blake Matthew Design (Pty) Ltd. A full Turn-key Design Brand.

With a network of suppliers and bespoke service providers, we offer a full turn-key solution for all your interior space design, landscaping, and furniture needs. As well as design solutions, Blake Matthew Design offers made to measure curtains, furniture, and soft furnishings.

At Blake Matthew Design we are passionate about design and beautiful spaces. We travel extensively and study design from all over the world to bring our clients fresh ideas and inspiration that translate into unique spaces.

RESIDENTIAL

We offer a full turnkey Interior Design service to all residential clients, whether you are building from the ground up or have an established home, our Designers work closely with their clients from start to finish. Designing a space that is beautiful, and functional.

HOSPITALITY

At Blake Matthew Design, we provide a variety of services to the hospitality industry. Our refined approach, with an understanding of the client’s needs, inspire unique design solutions
